Weather in Texas

I heard this morning that there was a significant tornado last night in Navarro County, Texas. No mention of the Casita factory sustaining damage, but one of the schools in Rice, Texas was hit fairly hard. (No school today at least.)

If anybody lives near there and knows anything more specific, please share with us.

As I said, I'm assuming the Casita factory wasn't damaged... but it was ODD to hear them talking on the national news this morning about Rice, Texas!!

We had coverage of this here in Scotland on our ITN national news. There was some stunning footage shot buy a guy in his car, caught in the centre of the tornado near to Rice. The name Rice certainly rang a bell - of course, the Casita factory is there. I hope no one was hurt, although the news report did say some buildings were damaged.

Yes, that's the video we got on our news. Awesome, although I would have been ducking down too far to have been able to film the tornado.

FWIW, you have to be registered at Casita Forum to read anything there.

I did look at Google Maps, and the factory is south of town.
