Western NC rv mechanic

Hi,

Any recommendations on RV mechanics/service shops in Western North Carolina (ie Asheville/Hendersonville area)

I know there is a Camping World and Miles RV Center along I-26, south of Asheville .. has anyone had work done - brake inspection, bearings repack, other - at either of these?

Would appreciate hearing your experience with them, and also any suggestions for other shops that provide this type of service.

Thank you!

biker, personally i would not recommend camping world. i've avoided them but have heard lots of horror stories. i'd wager that none of their shop people have ever seen a casita. check with some boat shops. they're very familiar with the dexter axles since just about all boat trailers use them.

I live in western NC. Camping World is the worst!!

I have yet to have found a good mechanic in the area. I have had bearing and axle work done by a trailer repair shop in Waynesville (where I live). I’ll probably have them do an axle swap on my Trillium.
