I could be wrong but it looks like an 80s something Ford one ton truck.

The camper looks a lot newer than the truck. Windows are radius corners.

It's glass. I looked thru the pics of the different brands on here but couldn't find anything like it.

I think Jack Maloney could confirm this is a Ford Camper. The vintage of the truck looks right, and you could get one of these campers through a Ford dealer about that time...
