what is this?

Spotted this interesting thing in the wild yesterday... it's in a storage yard near a friends trailer park. Can't get much closer, but it appears to be some sort of fiberglass trailer modded onto a much larger frame. There's about 10' of flat deck in the front, talk about tongue heavy!

Yep, that's the ticket. If only I knew the story of this crazy mod. My picture doesn't show it well, but this has to be the world's only 24' Fiber Stream
