What is this thing?

What is this thing I'm searching for? I've tried "mule" and "pusher" without any google luck. I'm thinking originally I may have read about it here, at FGRV. It's a preferably battery powered machine that you can use to move and position your trailer where you don't have space for a car/truck. I don't THINK it was an atv. Anyone have any idea whatsoever? Thanks.
