OK OK.. I DID live in the 80s.. at one time... Great hair, eh?

I was actually spelunking at Cheddar Gorge in the UK and someone snapped that at a weird moment. I was NOT mad at anyone or anything. I haven't a clue why I look like I am going to bonk someone with that helmet.

I don't have any interesting photos of my job on this machine.

I am a geek at the worlds largest musical instrument manufacturer. I do audio applications, mostly for instrument amplification, but also for PA systems and on occasion, if I have been bad, they make me do guitars.

I also sometimes hold diapers and drool buckets for persnickety rock stars.

You may be a minor on the extreme left side, Ches, but as you get older you may become more conservative.

I am a semi-retired freelance writer of documentary film scripts. My wife alleges I retired 38 years ago, because I work when and where I choose.

This is me on the job last January, when we were making a fund-raising film for a medical mission in Haiti. These kids were in a Sisters of Charity orphanage in Port-au-Prince, and they desperately needed hugs.

Gina, I have saved that "miner" picture and will use it at a later date to blackmail you.

Jack, great picture.

Chester, interesting job you have there!

I'm a housewife, jill of all trades, mistress of none.

I am an "in-home" tester for Lazy Boy recliners.

.... unless we're out camping ... then I'm an "around-the-campfire" tester for various folding camp-chair manufacturers.

(Don't you just hate it when a burning ember pops out of the campfire and burns a hole in your chair?)(One of my jobs is calculating the incident factor for that kind of accident.)

Pay isn't as good as coal-mining ... but hey, it's a much better work environment.

After January, we may be doing something different, but for now it is our job to check out beautiful places to visit and report back to this forum.

We worked real hard to make sure this place in Baja was still suitable to visit.

I'm a truck tire and wheel engineer for a major auto company. We're not allowed cameras on the premises for fear you'll steal our secrets.

Here is an approximation of me doing my thing, when I'm not whining, cajoling, wheedling or scheming.

I'm allowed to wear clothes however. Most would insist.

I teach teachers. I work from my home office about 1/3 of the time. (This photo is of me in my home office.) I teach a few online courses. I have a "official" office in town that I try to get to about two days a week. Then I'm on the road about 1/3 of my work time teaching and attending meetings.
