Here is almost exactly what you want - a motorhome based on the Italian Piaggio Ape three-wheeler that that Chinese Tri-Fun is a copy of.

Mark you, with a maximum of 175cc motor, neither speed nor hill-climibing are gonna be its best feature.

I don't like the whole idea of a tricycle with the single wheel in front. I always picture coming up on a curve too fast and flipping the thing. I do like tricycles with the single wheel in the rear.
