Trailer: Trillium 13 ft
Posts: 55
Hi all, we picked up a 75 Trillium a couple of days ago... woohoo!
very excited and looking forward to all the coming adventures.

it neads some TLC, so I am on a limited budget shopping spree!
I need a few things for immediate replacement such as:
single faucet with hand pump - no, not the electric.
single faucet for city water
water tank ~15 gal
propane tank cover
12v interior light (2)
water pressure regulator

later on I will do the interior upholstry, lining, etc.

My problem is that I shop online and looking for a place that ships to Canada!
I am also going to Vegas in 3 weeks, is there a place there that you recommend?

I want to avoid eBay cause I prefer buying most items from one source. I dont mind using eBay for other misc stuff that are hard to find.

Do you have any recommendation? good prices and ships to Canada...

thnx,
Mo

I just sent you an email about the lights. The city water tap you'll find is gonna be H A R D to duplicate as it NOT a household tap and most r/v taps will not fit in the space alloted on your countertop. I had to replace mine, dang near had to pull the furnace to get'er done

Almost ALL other items you've listed are fairly well available at any well stocked r/v parts supplier.

Hi Mo, we previously owned a '74 Trillium for about 15 years. The original owner of Trillium manufacturing of Markham lives just a mile up the road from us.

We purchased our unit used from Apache Camping Centre in Thornhill and they have provided the service and parts I have needed at reasonable rates. Check out their link to "RV Parts and Accessories". This catalogue is what is available to them through Coast Distributing.

They have access to just about every fitting you may need for the Trillium. They have many of the parts in stock, and can usually obtain the rest on short notice. If you live a distance away they can assemble an order and ship it to you.

Team Trillium Manufacturing in Calgary has also been pretty supportive of owners of older Trilliums (read as...no provincial sales tax on orders shipped to Ontario) although I can't comment on their pricing.

If you have any specific questions on any repair situations or requests for tips and tricks, just post them here and you will get a real good variety of responses!

Enjoy your Trillium and maybe you might like to plan on heading for the Ontario Bolerama 2007 "Retro Rally" If you are dry camping, just pull up to the gate, ask for the Bolerama Group Camping and pay your camping fee to the park staff. (as a courtesy, email Fred or Rick at the posted address to let them know you are coming)

Charlie, thanks a lot, I checked Apache's catalog, and yes they have pretty much everything I am currently looking for.
I will be placing an order later today.

thanks,
Mo

Scamp ships to Canada by mail (at least for some items, presumably dependent on size and weight), which is good because it avoids customs brokerage fees. I bought some hinge parts for my Boler from them, and they were promptly and inexpensively mailed to me. Of course, they only have parts for Scamps, but in some cases those are applicable to other brands.

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.
