There is a 13' Casita listed for sale that claims to be a 1981. I thought I had read that Casita began in 1983 or 1984. Surely, someone has the answer about Casita history.

I saw one that old this summer in the desert on my way to Tehachapi. I spoke with the owner briefly. They weren't into the history etc, but they were aware they had an unusual one.
It had the Orange graphics, just like this one does.
