In my opinion and view. We currently own both a Geo pro 20 FBS (bought new) and a
Scamp 5th wheel.
Fiberglass is the only way to go. The
Scamp 5th wheel is a 1983 I waited years to find one close to me to see and buy. As soon as I have remodeled the
Scamp the Geo pro is gone. The Scamp may have been built cruder, but it is still here 41 years. Geo pro has been nothing, but problems cabinet door broke, screws
fall out, window valance fell down. When traveling with the Geo pro we just wait to see what is broken or loose when we arrive at our destination. Yes, simple fix with a little wood clue on the screws but for what we paid we expected better. The Rockwood travel trailer (bought new) we had before the Geo pro never (and I mean never) had 1 issue but it was a 2009 model. If we would buy new again it would be a
fiberglass camper.
