This is a 13-foot
Trillium which was made by Tom's company in Arizona in spring of 2013. Standard equipment: fresh-water storage tank, kitchen sink, electric water pump, city-water capability, three-burner
propane stove,
propane furnace. Upgrades: All
windows are opening, high-clearance
axle, dual 6-volt batteries, Maxx fan in the ceiling, most
lights converted to LED's, natural linoleum floor (Marmoleum), some custom cabinetry, done by myself. Certain items shown in the photos can be changed according to your preferences, as described in what follows.
Has front dinette for 2 which converts to a single bed (29" wide). Has rear dinette for 4 which converts to a double bed (46" wide).
At present, the front dinette has a custom table that I designed, which I could replace with a standard RV table if you prefer, since I still have the original parts. Likewise, rear dinette has a custom permanent bed frame which is inclined by about 5", which I could either convert to a level bed, or replace with a standard RV dinette/bed--again, I have the original parts.
The closet has been converted to an insulated food pantry. If you would prefer to have a standard closet with no shelves, I can easily remove the ones that I installed.
Does not have a toilet or shower. It does have a cabinet for the Porta-Potty.
Original
refrigerator has been removed. It was a 2-way, that is, 12-volt and 120-volt, no
propane. It didn't suit us, and when it stopped working, we removed it and instead used two coolers: one small one where the
refrigerator used to be and a larger one that we kept in the tow vehicle.
No water
leaks, no water damage, mostly stored in our carport, good
tires, regularly-maintained wheel bearings and electric
brakes.
Trilliums have an Ensolite-type liner (closed-cell foam) rather than the rat-fur liner that is used on Scamps and Casitas. The liner has become unglued in some corners, but not in a way that affects its function.
This was our first travel trailer. We upgraded this year to a 17-foot
Escape.

Trillium to follow (in a few minutes).
