1973 Trillium 1300

Looking for a manual for my new (to me!) 1973 Trillium 1300 and all its parts! I don't see it in the documents centre. Any help is appreciated!

Hi Allison,,comfrarulations on your new Trillium.
If you peek at one of the manuals you will see they are pretty generic with minimal information so don't worry if it is for another year. If you look under the Trillium english one in the documents centre that's pretty much what they are like. I found it more useful to get the number of your fridge, furnace etc and look up the brochure for that model as that is the information you may really need.
Alos if you have specific quesrions just post them as there are lots of Trillium members here who will try and help.

Hi all have a problem with furnace it won't start or run. Where do I begin? I have it stored now so is this a good time to start into it?

I assume it is a Duo Therm 65810-002. There is not much that can go wrong with these. The thermocouple is a good place to start. Be sure it is in the pilot light flame path. Maybe look for a voltage on the leads. It will be in the millivolt range. If this is not the problem, then look for blockages in the propane lines. Spiders are fond of building webs in propane lines. Worst case scenario is that the gas valve needs to be replaced. This should be done by a qualified propane tech. The original valve is no longer available, but there is a substitute:
Robertshaw® 710-201 Unitrol Gas Valve 710 Series 7000SLC Right Valve® Equivalent
The original valve is a 41-0640, as shown in this spare parts list:

The Robertshaw valve claims to be the replacement for this valve. The problem is that it has different port locations, so some tube bending will be required.

Mine worked again after I pulled it and cleaned it out... Mud daubers had filled all the important spaces with nest. I ended up using an air compressor and safety goggles to blow the dirt and dust out after banging the nests that I couldn’t reach.

Had a little pile of different shaped brushes, bent wires and scrapers but eventually managed to get it cleaned out

Here's the next question. I have an awning track and an awning. The awning has a yellow rope pushed through, and I THINK that adds enough bulk to fit into the track. My thought (after I tried to push it through on my own) is that there MUST be an easier way! Is there?

Had one on a scamp
I added a temp rope and pulled it thru with someone sort of guiding it

Bottomline it is easier to pull a rope than push it
