Awning poles stiff

My Burro has a Trim Line (Dometic?) awning. The four poles have an interior cam that locks when rotated. They are all stiff. It looks like they are made of rubber and rotate on a steel rivet. The rivets are rusted and the cams don't rotate freely.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix? Or do I need to get new poles? Where?

I have those type poles on an awning too. You'll have to try to clean up and lube the cam piece, but don't get any lube on the outside of the cam roller or in the other part of the pole because then it will just turn and not lock. Certainly not the best type adjustable pole.
