For general interest, I thought that I'd put the dimensions of my
Bigfoot 1993 17CB here.
Overall
weight, when travelling is pretty close to 3500 lbs with normal load, ie. grey and black tanks empty, water tank just a few gallons, 6 gal hot water tank full,
propane tanks full, 2 batteries.
Body length, excluding bumper, hitch, ladder or spare tire = 13' 9" (Body only)
Body height, not to ground and excluding AC on roof = 7' front and rear, but does rise a few inches in middle.
Body width, excluding
awning = 8' 3"
Front to door = 4' 6"
Rear to door = 7' 2"
As you can see, it's a wide sucker and I need a driver's side trailer mirror on my Honda Odyssey. It is quite squarish from the front so pushes a lot of air (around 56 sq. ft. area).
I 'may' order up a new winter cover, as the one I bought was for a bigger trailer and is quite baggy. I got it from
www.calmark.com but they no longer sell that cheap a version. However, I did have good dealings with them so may seek them out for my next one too. I would, however, get one custom made! Our 'Eggs' are not sized like the stickies!
I hope this is of help, or interesting to some of you.
Mike
