boler body repair

I just bought a 1974 Boler that is in pretty good shape except that the door has a large gap on the last 18 inches and one of the side benches under the table is loose. I think the roof has sagged. Does anyone know of a company or someone in the Kootenay area that could fix this for me? I'm thinking of drilling a few holes next to the shell connection on the left and the right side, then putting some 1/8" braided cable around it and into the inside, then using by come-along to pull the sides in which should raise the roof, then I'm going to refiberglass both benches and install a metal post between the countertop and the upper kitchen cabinets. I'd love to have any and all comments. Thanks, Richard in Nelson BC

Hi Richard I'm in Wynndel just outta Creston.
I think you have a good plan. Getting the body in the correct shape before glassing anything is always good. Definitely needs the counter to cardboard brace. I would screw2x4 or like material to the out sides and pull straight across the cabin and place a vertical support to get the roof up.
