Boler Vent Reseal

Hi,
I have a 13 ft Boler and need to reseal my top vent. I have the Butyl tape and the gear to do it, I am familiar with resealing my windows, but before I dive in I would like some advice.
Is there plywood strips in between the two pieces of the vent like the jalousie windows? I am asking here before I remove the vent just to be sure.
Any pictures or insight would be great!
I am not looking to switch out the original vent, just to reseal it, any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

I just resealed the vent on my '76 13' Boler a couple of months ago. I removed all the old caulking and drilled out the rivets. I then used acetone to clean the area. Next I laid down the butyl tape and riveted the vent back in. I finished the vent off with Dicor Self Levelling Lap Sealant. No more leaks.
