Has anyone else had problems with componets coming loose and falling off on their Power Convertor? Last year we replaced the whole unit because the toroid broke off after a trip to Florida. Now it has happened again! Ideas???

Contact the manfacture before the warranty runs out.

Well that was the first thing we did, and haven't gotten clear answers. I'd like to know if others are having the same issue so I have more leverage with the manufacturer.

That happened to the Magna-Tek 6720 in my Scamp within a couple months of brand-new. I re-soldered the loose component into the circuit board and I've not had any further problems.

Almost.

Last fall the converter quit working, and I again removed it and took it apart. I found a loose wire where it slides onto a spade connector where it connects to the circuit board.

Send them a certified letter with return receipt and it it, tell tmen that if you do not receive a favorable answer within 14 days will write to the Good Sam's Club help people to seek their assistance.

When you do not receive the answer or a BS answer, send a copy of everything to the Good Sam's Help people in Highways magazine.

It is possible that more people have had this problem with the product and if Good Sam talks to them, it is most often resolved.
