I had the similar Chalet Alpine for 11 years. Other than checking the usual items, i.e.
brakes tires,
lights etc., there wasn't much to it.
I would reinstall the HW drain plug, rinse and sterilize the fresh water tank, lines and HW heater with a dilute bleach solution, lubricate the toilet seals with olive oil & re-install the batteries. Not much else that I can recall.
In the years I used the pink RV antifreeze instead of blowing the lines clear I found it took multiple rinses to get rid of the taste.
We sometimes used it in the winter for ski trips but didn't use the freshwater tank those times. If the batteries were already installed it was basically just load and go. Most of the work is taken care of in the winterizing.
