difference in casita models

Could someone please describe the difference in the different models of the 16ft Casita. Looking specifically at a 95 model (freedom) What would be a fair price for one in decent condition.

The Spirit has a side dinette with Benches; it converts to a single bed. Total trailer sleeping capacity is: [b]3.

The Freedom has a side dinette with Captain's chairs; the side dinette does NOT convert to a bed. Total trailer sleeping capacity is [b]2.

The Liberty puts two smaller dinettes together into one big area, and is versitile; It can be configured several ways:
1- a large dinette, seating 6
2- a King size Bed
3- a Double Bed toward the rear with a small dinette (seating 2) alongside.
4- twin beds with an aisle between, one on each side.
