How often should exterior items - lights, vents, doors, windows, roof ac, etc - be resealed/caulked?


What is recommended to use for this?

The universal and best sealant for molded fiberglass campers is butyl tape. The procedure is to remove the item (window, etc) from the trailer, clean up the item, clean up the fiberglass shell and then re-install the item using butyl tape. This only needs to be done every 20 years or so.
