flushing out anti freeze this spring

I'll be taking my Scamp 13' out of storage this week,(was new last year so this is a first) anything special I need to do to flush the lines? Can't imagine that anti freeze will taste too good if I don't get it all washed out.

It helps to get an air adapter and blow out the water lines with air before you flush out the lines with water. If you put antifreeze in your water tank open the drain on the tank and flush out the tank with water.

I drain the antifreeze into a container. Then I fill and drain with water. Then I sterilize with bleach, 1/2 cup as I recall. I let that sit for a few hours and then drain and fill several times until the bleach smell is all but gone. I don't have a bathroom so the task is a little easier. Raz

This was my first time un winterizing but I just filled and drained the whole water system 3 times running the cold and hot water on both the galley sink and shower in head and seemed ok.... I drank the water last weekend and Im ok.... well except for this odd tick in my neck lol

White vinegar is a safe, healthier and more environmentally friendly product to add to the water tank instead of bleach to clean it out.

I always just drain the fresh tank out and leave it empty..no anti-freeze agent at all.

Every time I fill it up/every other time I put a teaspoon of baking soda in

Seems silly to ask but I don't have to rinse the black water right?
