Trailer: Trillium 4500
Posts: 50
Hi, for a while, just now starting to post.. Recently bought 77 Trillium 4500, which is a significant upgrade from my tent...

Trailer had smell in it when I bought it, removed carpet, cushions and started cleaning... When I unzipped cushions and looked inside they had a lot of mould on the back of the vinyl, and on that side of cushions. Cushions being replaced. I washed covers with
Tide & Borax...failed,
Tide & Javax for Colorfast...failed,
Elite X-Tract (carped extractor detergent)...failed
Husky Cleaner\Degreaser...failed
Clear Lemon 10...failed
Oxyclean did the job for me, soaking in high concentration and rinsing out 3 times... covers look great now, absolutly no sign of mould. I hope this helps.

After all that washing, I'm surprised there was any of the cover still left!

Oxyclean, huh? Good to know.

My cushions when I bought the Scamp disintegrated on t he first washing. Would never have made it to Oxyclean......

This is great news... I was looking for an alternative to bleach for cleaning the TT refrigerator. I just bought some liquid Oxyclean and wonder if it would also work well on the spots I see on the roof of the trailer? Wonder if it is safe for use on fiberglass? I want to get the exterior really clean before I vertglass it. Any thoughts?
