The gas heater in my UHaul has been acting up, probably needs a cleaning. Which is more likely to do it right, an RV shop, or a HVAC shop?

Presuming it's a more or less standard RV furnace, an RV shop is more likely to have the experience, documents and parts.

You might just open the outside grill, find the burner tube and see if there's a spider or web in there first.
