Gas Price Search

We're all concerned about rapidly escalating fuel prices as we plan our trips this year.

Here's a link to one of the "gas price search" web sites. This may give you an idea of locations across the country where you might want to fill up (or avoid.) This one includes the US and Canada.

Hope this helps a little. If you know of other better national information sources, please post!

for Canada another one is

www.gastips.com

I filled the Durango the other day: 95 litres at 91.5 cents = $87.00

That's $3.46 CDN (or about $2.25 US) for a US gallon.

Hi All
If we who own these Fiberglass wonders are concerned about gas , just think how concerned those other owners of big stick built units feel.:o
Most of my camping this year will be around home area, with 2 trips to be made on holidays, already preplanned.:wave

Rick
79.9/liter here

The price finally reached $2.00 here in Phoenix.

Going east on US 60 it's 10˘ less in Globe, 20˘ less in Safford and 30˘ less in Silver City NM.

Wal-Mart has a shopping card you can buy and get a 3˘ per gallon discount at their pumps.

Rick, I could have filled IN Durango yesterday for $1.999, but I was in Farmington NM, so got gas at Sams Club for $1.62. (Both prices are for premium gas.) So even though our prices have ratched up 45 cents since January, we still are better off than a lot of the country and Canada (and yes, Lex, Holland.)

We were at a soccer field in New Mexico that is right below a Giant (gas brand) refinery. The joke of the day was that when gas hits $2 in New Mexico, all the guys working at the Giant refinery will get a $5/hr. raise! ;)

Morgan, I think that WalMart card is good at Sams Club pumps too. I think I saw a sign to that effect, anyway.
