Hairline cracks

Enjoying sprucing up our recently acquired 1978 Trillium this weekend! Have to address the door issue as it is not easy to shut. Looks like one of the hinges has a screw coming out and weather stripping needs to be replaced. Noticed a few hairline cracks in the fiberglass around the door and wondering what is the best way to address these?

You might want to post a picture of the hairline cracks. Generally, they are in the gel coat and present no problem other than cosmetic.
