How to clean out scamp air conditioner

My scamps only 2 years old but I use it a lot over the summer and have the ac running most of the time. This past year I noticed a weird smell whenever the ac is on, dont know if its mold or something else. Took the filter out and cleaned it but it wasn't too dirty but have no idea how to clean out the inside of the ac. Is this possible? Wont be doing it for a while as its stored for the winter now but just wondering if anyone has suggestions. Thanks

Use some air conditioner fin cleaner. Many do not require rinsing. Here's one brand I've used: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Purafilter-...E&gclsrc=aw.ds

Just make sure you rense it off or run ac for a while to use the condensation to rense
