how to preserve the model spec sheet

Hi there. The spec sheet found on the inside of my trailer closet is really falling apart. The ends are curled and the glue is all dried out. I'm just wondering if anyone has some suggestions on how I can preserve it?
Thank you

A previous owner removed ours from the trailer and put it in the file with all the other documents. I have since photo copied it and put it in a plastic sheet and then taped it to a cupboard door inside the trailer.

Take a photo and make a print. At least you'll have the information.

Glenn has the right idea. I would go a little further and laminate it.

I don't know much about it but how about "Decoupage"?
I have friends who have preserved artwork from magazines by decoupaging them on a wood background... That was back in the seventies and the much of the work is still preserved.

copy it

Hi, I changed cupboard doors,so had the similar issue. I placed the door in photo copier and saved the image in PDF. I then printed out in quality paper.placed it in plastic sheet protector, then siliconed the Sheet protector to the new door

I would remove the sheet from the closet door (steaming maybe?) then make or borrow a vacuum table and place the paper face down allowing the curls to suck down to the table. I would then coat the backside with glue and affix some sort of backer board.

I would be somewhat concerned about photocopying the document and then portraying the photocopy to be the original. It may not be legally acceptable, if required; as the 'copy' could have come from a different TT ? I understand, The issue of matching the actual TT to the document becomes quite difficult, especially when there is no recognizable VIN stamped onto the actual frame, as seems to be the case with many early Bolers. I'd prefer to 'protect' and maintain the original, rather than a photocopy. - IMHO

NOT a lawyer but I don't think a spec sheet is a legal document like a title. I wouldn't worry about that.

I like Glenn's idea of taking a picture and then maybe just covering it with clear contact paper. It would be the same as laminating without having to try to get it off the door.

Would it be inappropriate to suggest posting your data sheet on the Trillium serial number thread?
