Hi,
My husband and I have been looking at Bolers for a while and just came across an ad for a '77 Boler. Very few details in the ad, except to say that it's in good condition. We've never seen a Boler quite like this (bubbled out over propane tank- see attached photo) and are wondering what model this is, and if there are any particulars about this type that we should know about. I tried googling it, but couldn't find any pics of similar trailers. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

ooooh a mini-5th wheel! I wonder if that's really real or a Photoshoped and there's a scam going on. Sure hope you can check it out and let us know the particulars.

Seller has confirmed what we all guessed, that it was modified- 2 owners ago. They've enjoyed the extra bit of space inside.
I think we're going to hold off though, we've had our hearts set on an "egg" for quite a while so we're going to take a chance that something closer to original comes up in our area and price range. Before anyone asks, no, we didn't actually see it in person- it's about a 5 hour drive for us and since we've decided to pass it just wouldn't make sense to do a "drive-by"
If anyone else is interested, it's in NS, price is reasonable, and the pics look good (there are interior shots in the original ad-definitely not photo-shopped). It's not my ad so I don't want to take the liberty of posting it here, but I will send a link to anyone that's interested. It was only posted this week and as of last night hadn't been sold yet.

I sure would like to see the photos, and I bet a bunch of other people here would too. If the trailer is posted for sale on the Internet (generally considered to be "public"), and especially if it's still for sale, I shouldn't think the owner would mind if you posted a link to the ad here.
Many of us are just curious, but it could easily lead to a sale.
Thank you,
Raya

What is up in that area? It looks like it might be a sleeping area.

So I'm thinking that if you put the front bunk in the "up" position, then maybe the lower (seat) cushion fits on that bump-out shelf and gives you a wide bed*? That would be pretty neat as you'd have a full-sized dinette, a couch, and a wide bed without having to change the table. It's kind of cute, too. I guess the person who modified it just moved the front forward and then added in a band of fiberglass. Maybe they used Ensolite from the closet or storage areas to patch it in.
I think it's pretty neat!
*Otherwise it seems like a lot to go through just for a shelf, but who knows?

PS: Thanks for posting the link, amandarussell.
