Jalousie window pin needed

Does anyone know where I can find this pin?

It's used to help crank open my jalousie windows. It looks like a bigger rivet and is kept in place by an e-clip.

The e-clip is readily available at auto parts, RV, and specialty fastener stores but I can't find that pin.

Does anyone even know the proper name for that part?

Thanks.

It is a "clevis pin grooved". Now you need to find one with the correct dimensions!

Or maybe use a rivet like the one in your first photo.

Thanks John.

Now that I know what they're called I should be able to find it so much easier.

I measured that one installed in the window as 3/8" long with a 1/4" shank.

:take a picture to a Machinist and they can make on or two for you. But ask how much as you might not be able to afford it.

For specialty items a great source is McMaster Carr an online retailer of all kinds of hardware items. A great site to have in your bookmarks for all of us DIY folks and for those of you who give good keywords but are lacking a readily available source for the item you mention.

Here is the webpage link for the grooved clevis pin, looks like they have the size you need.
