Keeping cool in Scamp 19 loft bed

How do y'all get the cool air from the AC to the loft area of a scamp 19 deluxe? We have tried using a small fan blowing from the lower area up the stairs but with the shoilet between the loft and the living area, it just doesn't get the job done. Any modifications or ideas? We live in Texas and love summer camping in 100+ degree heat. We are crazy, yes.

I added a Maxx Air fan in the loft. Although we seldom camp where power is available (therefore no AC), when we do, setting the fan to 'exhaust' does a fairly good job of pulling the cooler air into that area. You also may find the fan alone is sufficient to keep you comfortable. We live in NC and it gets pretty warm here as well.
