It shouldn't hurt it. The only thing I can think of is the anti-freeze might dry up some or leave a residue in the lines. I'd make sure the faucets were all turned off so no air enters the lines. The residue could be solved by a real good cleaning of the lines when you unwinterize it with a bleach solution like you should do anyway. We have stored jugs of anti-freeze for 2-3 years in our garage and used them when they were needed and no problems at all. I'd put a lubricating solution in the toilet before trying to use it at all so that it can lubricate the little flap. We have found the flap will stick if left unused for a length of time.
