Mr. Clean Magic Eraser - truly magic

I didn't find any posts with the direct subject of this amazing product so I had to write one.

Up here in BC trailers get mildewy. Doesn't matter how well you cover it in the spring there are little bits here and there and it gets into the fine holes where the fiberglass isn't quite perfect. As well, any metal contact puts a black wash on the fiberglass that is brutal to take off.

I have tried a bunch of techniques including borax, poliwash and baking soda, tried green pads, foam pads etc.. but I couldn't find anything that took off some stains from the front window sealant. Magic eraser did it in just a few swipes. I wouldn't want to do a whole trailer with one but for those little things you want to get out before you wax it's perfect.

Unfortunately it doesn't do anything for the alumnium smears, have to use a polish for that.

Hope that helps for people searching for clean up products.

I used them on the Burro walls all the time great stuff!

Also good for getting can marks out of the fridge.

Thank you for the referral, I have heard some great things about it but will now definetly go out and get some as we tend to have that same mildew problem. Thanks.

We have tried both the original and the extra power. They seem to work equally well though the extra power last longer. It also works great on white vinyl windows and painted steel entry doors.

I have used the Magic Eraser for years on my Casita. They work great and I wouldn't be without them.

Thanks for the info. I'd not thought of trying the "Magic Eraser" on fiberglass.
