Question on Lug pattern on 1992 13' Scamp

My Scamp is out of state right now, so I can't measure the lug pattern.
I'm going to order new rims for it, and have them delivered to where my Scamp is getting worked on. Does anyone know the size off-hand?

Do you recall if it is 4 or 5 bolt? My 2017 16' was a 13" wheel with 5 bolt on 4.5" circle with zero offset.

It has 5 bolts.
I just realized I have a photo of the Scamp. Looks like 5 bolt on 4.5".
