Rear window repair on Casita SD

Just noticed that the rear window on my 2012 SD has a broken pane (fixed pane not sliding pane). Does the whole frame have to come off? Does the whole window have to be replaced? Can the local glass repair shop come out and replace the glass? etc. Any suggestions on how to repair.

I had a local dealer replace mine with no issue except he used plexiglass or lexan or some type of plastic. cost me $100 though.

The only problem, (weakness,) with plastic (Lexan, Plexi, etc.) is that it scratches very easily. Better off with OEM tempered glass. Call Casita. They can probably hook you up with a replacement, and fairly quickly.
