Scamp subfloor question

When my 2015 Scamp was new the underside of the OSB floor looked like it was coated in a layer of epoxy, like is used on the fiberglass layers during construction. Now the underside of the floor is looking a little rough and may need sealing again. Does that sound reasonable? Any recommendation on what to use? I think I would be inclined to use some deck paint that is good for rough wood.

In my opinion sealing the bottom is a waste of time. The problems come from water leaking and collecting on top.
The bottom was sprayed with a layer of polyester resin, not epoxy.
For long life of the floor be rigorous in searching and repairing leaks.
