Structural question

Has anyone raised their roof on their Casita or done a roof modification?? Or possibly modified by building up the where the seems are & maybe change the design a little there to get say another foot in height?
Thanks in advance
Rachel

I've not seen anyone actually do it, but it has come up before:

Look up XL Scamp. They put two together and raised the roof. It is 30 feet long.

Fiberglass is such that almost anything is possible, but not everything is easy or quick. The fastest way to gain headroom, not requiring removal or modifications to the interior cabinet modules, is to cut and raise the center "trolley" section of the roof. You might even use a domed skylight as a mold to create a fiberglass bump-up.
