Outside cable TV hookup kit, $14 in Scamps parts store. Any other outside opening part I would call a access hatch.

Do you need just the out side part? Search RV outside TV connection on amazon.

I call them cheap plastic widgets that degrades in sunlight requiring frequent replacement.

Maybe if you buy a new one get some spray paint that works on plastic and give it a couple of coats. That would protect the plastic from the UV rays.
