window on scamp door seal help needed PLEASE

I have a 78 scamp 13'. The door has a jalousie window which is exactly like the side windows on a burro. this is the same window as that in Ian Gs excellent video. 2 items I need help with. 1. I need 8 or 9 ft of the 1/2" screw cover vinyl insert. I still have a lot of extra seal from the rest of my window restorations. Would be willing to trade some if you have any black... 2. With that crank out window in the door, I just know that the corner of one of the peices of glass is gonna gouge the FG body, and ruin that brand spankin new paint. Can anyone think of or has done some sort of door stop that does not stick out so far from the body, that can be mounted on either the door or the body. any help or cool new ideas would be greatly appreciated

We just installed a low profile bumper door holder. We haven't even had our maiden voyage yet so I can't attest to how well it works under stress, but it seems pretty good so far. Here's the link to it from amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I'm attaching a few pictures too. We put the holder in a piece of pipe and used a plastic spacer to make it all fit and to fancy it up a bit. With a bit of lube, it holds well without being too tight. Click image for larger version
