1000W Pure Sine Inverter on sale in Canada

Canadian Tire has the MotoMaster 1000W Digital Pure Sine inverter on sale this week at 60% off or $119.99 instead of $299.99. I picked one up simply because of the lower cost.....does have a 2 year unlimited warranty.

After much research, the Xantrex-Prowatt-1000 True-SineWave inverter seems to be the best out there....but at a cost of $241.20 US.

Any one have any thoughts on picking one inverter over the other. I like the lower cost for sure, but do wonder about the quality of CT products.

I have a 2000 watt inverter that I bought at the Pilot truck stop, it's newer technology but I'm not sure if it's pure sign wave. I do know that I can practically run my entire off grid house in Texas off of that inverter.
