13' Boler Frame Size

I am replacing my 1972 Boler C channel frame with a closed channel from 1978 (which I have yet to pickup). Are there any differences between the two frames in terms of how the carriage fits, other than the axels/brakes?

I am not familiar with the 72 frame. I do realize that some earlier bolers had a flat floor verses the later step floor. If this is the case then you may run into dificulties. Bolers and frames from the different manufacturers over the years may also be slightly different but you could probably shim and trim to fit.

Hi James, Mine has the step for the front and step in the back where the table is. I have an opportunity to buy a frame that has brakes. I'm just curious about the dimensions as I'm hoping boler didn't change the dimensions of their shells. However, Even it was slightly different, I could modify it to fit no problem. Thanks for your input.

My '72 Boler American has a boxed frame, not a C channel, I would imagine that they are the same.
