Ive been workin on my moms new trailer a bit since shes bought last week. For some reson the search is hard to use from my phone so ill ask this question. The lower part of the entry door sticks out about 3/4" or so.Im preety handy and imagine this is a normal thing for these.Im try to think of a way to keep the curve of the door a bit more true as it tucks under the side.Obviously id like it to look nice for my mom as well.First idea I had was to build a roughly 10" strip for the bottom of the door out of diamond plate with the deired curve arivit to the door bottom.Ive also thought maybe to grind a bit on it andto lessen the strength a bit then hold it into the desired bend while appling a thick piece of
fiberglass to it.I then would have to
paint the bottom of the door to match somewhat close. It coesnt take much presure to bend the door under so it fits, everything lines .up fine it just kicks out a bit on the bottom.Any other thoughts or links to what others have done.
