17" square outside Garnish

Has anyone 3D printed a 14 x 14 cap vent Garnish with standard new vent inside radius corrners and 17 x 17 wide ceiling coverage, to match bolers original 17 inch width and 1 1/4 inch depth.

3D printer Software has a learning curve.

Like this? It goes inside the camper. Wish I used glass it in on the outside, but it’s not sized for that. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Interior-Ba...-127632-2357-0

Looks solid would cover cap screws at 17" wide and 1/2 inch unit.
Being solid and flat I could maybe make a jig and router out back to cover cap screws and sit flat to ceiling depending on material used. Place small regular Garnishment inside to hold both in place. Even paint it white after router work and install. Please let me know the material it is made of.

My 3D printer is not that large so I can't print it, but I can CERTAINLY do the CAD for you in OnShape. OnShape is free if your design is public and does not require installing anything on your computer (other than a browser) so it's easy to collaborate.

Do you have a dimensioned sketch of the part(s) you want designed?

From ad: “Made from expanded PVC so will not rot, mold or absorb moisture which is typically found around the vent.”
