1970s - 1980s Scamp, Measurement Badly Needed!

Hi folks. I'm doing a frame-off restoration and may have run into a snag. Hoping somebody can help me with two quick measurements. I think I really messed up in CAD when I designed my new trailer, but the measurements will confirm this.

First measurement is inside width of the door/entryway, the width from the metal frame on the left (front of bunk touches the fiberglass so front of bunk would suffice) to the frame on the right (closest touches so closet would suffice).

Second measurement is the step to the door's opening. I've drawn lines from two diff angles of what I am hoping to get. Thanks in advance.
