1978 Boler Waste Tank Leaks

Hello,

I am having a few problems with the Black Waste Tank Leaking from below. The waste pipe attached to the tank seem to be leaking. Before I remove the waste tank I was thinking maybe you guys might have a easy fix from outside/under the Boler. If you have any ideas on how to fix this "smelly" problem let me know. By the way, The leak is outside, I checked the insides very carefully and couldnt find any signs of a leak. Look forward to your ideas.
