1979 Trilluim jalousie windows hardware

Hi there,

I am looking for a window hardware - 2 links (pictured) that would attach to the torque bar. Can anyone help with that?

Thank you kindly,

Mlequo

Hehr window operator parts

Pelland Enterprises sells these parts. Here is a link to the web page. One of your links is a Hehr torque arm. It appears on this web page. You might have to call the company to get the correct parts.

I have purchased Hehr window seals from Pelland, but not the parts that you need.

However you need, for example, a "Hehr Torque Arm-Small
Model Number: H008-221" as shown on their web page, then you could go searching elsewhere for that part. For example, I also found that part here:

Hehr window parts, Hehr International parts, RV window parts, Trailer window parts

Vintage Trailer Supply also sells Hehr window hardware. You could contact them.

Good to know you guys are still around Joe, I actually bought a pulldown awning setup from your outfit almost ten years ago. Got a link to a webpage with other hardware etc?

I still do not have much luck with this. Hopefully Joe will have some, but it does not look promising, so if anyone could point me in the right direction, I would much appreciate that.

I am also looking for the bug net plastic rails that go on the side of a window (see the photos). If anybody could point me at those...

Jalousie Window Arm Connector

Hello,

Were you able to find that arm connector piece? If so, could you please share where you sourced it from. I went to a metal fabrication shop and they quoted me $500 to have the part made.

Thanks,
Megan

Megan, Which window do you need it for? Do you just need the flat bar piece, or the rotating rod, or both?

Hi David,

I am looking for the connector arm piece that has a little nub on the end.

This is a long shot, but I also need the piece that the bar attaches to (not the crank piece, but the other end).

I have several broken windows for Trillium trailers, for parts. But I don't know if they would be interchangeable with Boler windows. The piece that the bar attaches to would likely fit, assuming that they are the same style of Hehr window. I think Trilliums use the Hehr Series 4900 windows. In this series the model number is visible on the sill. If yours are the same, then I can send you that piece. If you give me the full length of the other parts, then I can check for those as well, but the window panes would have to be the same height for that to work.

I should mention that Joe Thoen at Trillium / Outback has lots of old parts for both Trillium and Boler trailers.

I sure do give Joe a lot of referrals.

Hi David,

Wow, thanks for much for your assistance. If you'd like to send me any parts and they don't fit, I can mail them back to you.

I will check out your friends website and reach out via email as well. See images for the measurements of the pieces. The flat arm piece with the nub is 3" but it is difficult to tell from the images.

Feel free to message me on WhatsApp if it's easier 604-401-8822

Thanks,
Megan

Ummm.... Joe is not my friend. He just runs a Trillium manufacturing operation. I'm a Trillium fan.

Please look for the model number of the window.

I don't use WhatsApp, or any other social media, other than this site.
