1980 Boler 17' door repair

Anyone ever done a repair on the door for a 1980 17' Boler? This model had the door inset into the trailer. It is a flat not curved door. The door has been leaking for quite a while and the wood frame is rotted. Any help appreciated

Hi Willy. Where are you located? If it's a standard rv door, it may be easier and cheaper (in the long run) to replace the entire door from salvage. The reason I asked where you're located, we can give you RV salvage yard info...

It is not the door that is leaking. It is the support for the door frame that has leaked and is rotted through.

Hey Willy,
Did you ever get help with this? Our 17' Boler had the same problem. The water damage was so bad that the wooden frame had pulled away from the fiberglass. I rebuilt the frame (twice) and put it back in. Getting the right curve on the wooden frame was quite difficult. I am dismayed to find that there is still water coming in along one of the bottoms. So I wondered if you had been successful, or if it took many attempts to find little sources of leaks after re-installed.
