Hello, i'm a newbie to rving and this site. I just purchased a 1980 13'scamp and am looking to change out the front and back winshield gasket since it shrank and now leaks inside. What thickness is the plexiglass and the fiberglass so that I can order the right stuff? Also, I would like to repair the gasketing around the louvered windows, where can I get the small rubber strips on the individual panes.
Thanks.
this is a great site for remodel ideas. keep up the good work!

That's easy. Order from Scamp. They'll have the right stuff in the right size for your trailer.

Make sure you get the "tool" to put the channel trim in with. Justin at Scamp can tell you what it is called. They aren't expensive, but the job is almost impossible without it.

And once you know what that is called, could you please come back and let the rest of us know!

TIA

Had to do some digging again, but it is called a lockstrip tool.
Here is a sample:

Can be had much cheaper I'm sure.

Justin at Scamp had told me that it is a must have to do the windows.
