1984 Casita Furnace and Window Molding

Hi all,

I have a 1984 Casita and am seeking some support on two issues:

1. The furnace does not ignite when I turn on the thermostat. A friend has suggested it might be the thermocouple, but how can I confirm this?

2. I believe rain water is entering through the small opening/vent just below the window (but still part of the frame) on the front left side of the Casita. Has anyone else had issue with this? If so, what was your remedy?

Thanks!
