2013 Park Liner Owner's Manual

Hi All,
I posted this once but cannot locate it...so here we go again:

I bought a new (to me) 2013 Park Liner :-)
Unfortunately, the previous owner did not have the owner's manual to pass down to me.

Does anybody know where I can find this online (now that Park Liner's website is no longer active)? Or, is there anyone willing to let me duplicate their copy of the owner's manual?

Also, my (SF) insurance company is baffled as to what I have purchased and how to insure it. They do not understand the Make/Model as being TRA/1P9. Any advice on how to help them insure this (and properly)? They say they cannot find it in their system and the VIN does not provide enough info. (they asked if it was a 5th wheel and then if it was a Scotty!) Clearly, they need help.

I never saw an owners manual, the previous owner passed on to me a booklet containing leaflets on the appliance's it was equipped with and a CD which showed a walk around of trailer and instructions on winterizing.

As far as insurance, Allstate insured it for the purchase price.

Likewise with our 2016 ParkLiner. No owner's manual for the trailer itself.
Just those for the appliances.
A wiring diagram and a plumbing schematic would be minimum requirements.

I received a dvd when I took delivery of my 2016 Parkliner. The dvd was Chandler going over the Parkliner inside and out. It's not a manual but it contains a lot.

I can't attach the dvd video, but I could email it to anyone who'd like a copy of it. I have it in .mp4 video format.

I also have a document on how to winterize a Parkliner that I can send.

I know no one knows me but, if you'd like, feel free to personal message an email address to me if you'd like me to send a copy of the dvd video and winterize file.
