2014 Trillium Belly Band Trim

I am looking for a supplier for the trim that goes inside the belly band rail. I'm not even sure if it is rubber or plastic. My trailer did not come with it.

Also, is the trim piece important in terms of keeping the rivets/belly band in good condition or is it primarily cosmetic?

Totally cosmetic. It is a standard item at many RV parts departments.
